The Winding Road offers a broad assortment of felt goods handmade in Nepal. We work with artisans in developing countries to help improve their standard of living by providing a fair wage and a safe workplace. Since 2012, we've been working with our felt supplier, a couple in their early 20s who had moved to Kathmandu from their village to create a better life for their family. We brought their felt goods to the US, and now have them in hundreds of stores, and employ over 200 women artisans. Each year a portion of our profits go towards paying full school tuition for our workers' children.
